Dr. Jürgen Branke
Dr. Jürgen Branke has been the Head of Quality Management at Sartorius Cellgenix, Freiburg, since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Technical Managing Director at BioChem GmbH, where he was responsible for the technical-scientific area: physicochemical analytics, microbiology, molecular biology, bioanalytics, and quality assurance. Dr. Jürgen Branke studied chemistry and subsequently earned his PhD in micro- and molecular biology at the University of Ulm. He began his professional career as a scientific sales representative for laboratory equipment in the field of automation for liquid handling at TECAN. He then moved to Merckle/ratiopharm GmbH, where he held various positions, including Head of Analytical Development. After that, he spent several years as Director of Analytical Development at ratiopharm Inc. in Canada.
