The APV honours particularly deserving members for their many years of active work within the association in various ways. The most important honour for members is honorary membership, which is awarded for outstanding efforts on behalf of the APV. Other awards for deserving members are the "APV Silver Pin of Honour" and the "APV Medal", which are also awarded to non-members who have shown commitment to the interests of the APV.
