The APV (International Association for Pharmaceutical Technology) awards this prize every two years in recognition of outstanding research achievements in the pharmaceutical sciences.

The prize is worth 5,000 euros and is open to any leading researcher in Europe who has made outstanding achievements in the pharmaceutical sciences and is not older than 50 years.

Candidates can be nominated by regular APV members. The next call for nominations will take place in 2025. Please send a written nomination letter with comprehensive reasons by e-mail to the Chairman of the APV Prize Committee, Prof. Dr Gerhard Winter (e-mail: info@apv-mainz.de) by 15 June 2025 at the latest. Only nominations sent by email can be considered.
